You can return any item purchased on the corner.com within 10 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:
1. Fill out the online Return Form.
2. Return merchandise in its original condition, including INVOICE, all attached tags and packaging.
3. Book for the collection of your returned goods by contacting the carrier that delivered your parcel, GLS or TNT
4. Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to. If the shipment was sent to Austria, for instance, we can only accept a return from Austria. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the
conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
Remember that items specified as Final Sale cannot be returned.
We normally process returns within 3 business days of arriving at our warehouse. However, please allow up to 7 business days during peak times. Once your return has been accepted you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
PayPal Refunds: Your refund will be visible in your account within 24 hours of receiving the refund confirmation e-mail. To transfer funds to a separate account, please contact PayPal directly.
CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM?
We do not currently offer exchanges.
